Return Policy

Non-Returnable: All sales are final. Non-Returnable items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In Store Pickup
If you would like to pick your item up in the store at our Excelsior location, please use online code "INSTORE" for free shipping. We will contact you via phone or email and let you know when your item(s) are ready for pickup.  All in-store pick up orders must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present for pick up. Anything ordered after 3 p.m. CST will result in next business day processing. Please call 952-470-3594 if you need expedited pickup, we'll do our very best to accommodate all expedited orders.
Domestic orders only. Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email.

All standard domestic orders are sent via USPS and typically arrive within 2-5 business days from shipped date. Once orders have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Buck + Fir is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
